Since 2016, in order to make a scientific base for gemology in local and global scales, a team of well-trained university professors from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, Iran, have founded Dike Gem group. This team is including a petrologist (Dr. Akbar Heidari), mineralogist (Dr. Saki), and palaeontologist (Dr. Narges Shokri). This team have founded two laboratories including Gemology lab and Gem Cutting lab which are the base of the first Special Center of Gemology in west and south of Iran. At the moment, the research and development office (Gemology Lab) and Gems cutting center of dike gem are active and give client services including: scientific education of gemology and gem cutting at Advanced Technologies Incubator of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. The physical shopping center of Dike Gem Group is situated at: number 13, Arian mall, 19th st. Kianpars, Ahvaz, Iran.
